From the selection here I would say Dracula. He's the most interesting.

But the villain freaking me out the most is the Terminator. I don't know, but this human-like machine makes me uneasy in a way no 'normal' horror movie villain could. But since Terminator is not exactly a horror movie, I voted for Dracula.

The Alien

It's completely, well, alien. There's no logic to it's actions, plus it's a perverse homage to rule 34.

Personally, Jigsaw from the Saw series. Most horror movie baddies are unstoppible hulking bahemoths who can stand up to any and everything thrown at them. Jigsaw is an old, frale dude dieing of cancer.

I also love how he human he is. In fact, in a deleted scene from Saw 3, he actually starts crying because he realises that no-one will see him as a savior, just a killer.

Yeah, he's pretty awesome, I think the inner turmoil makes him that much freakier. Because honestly, he's one of those characters who could have been anyone. But Pinhead is a close second for me.

I'm going to have to say Chucky from Child's Play. It's probably the only horror movie I've ever seen and it traumatised me as a child.

My brother still can't be in the same room as dolls or else he freaks out.
