Hmm...a tough choice, especially for someone who cooks for a living. I can't stand the taste of sheep, goat, or their milk though.
I HAVE to put something on steaks. I've tried so many different cuts cooked in different ways by different people & I can barely taste it on it's own with salt, so I mix it into things. It's rather boring just grilled.
I moved states 10 years ago to some place where fish was affordable. It was outrageously expensive where I grew up, so I probably eat that more than any other meat.
*Rabbit with preserved lemon.
*Roast duck.
*Foil-baked salmon in honey, ginger, soy sauce, lemon, orange, garlic, & sherry; cuts down on the gaminess & has an incredibly pleasant mouth feel. (This is the ONLY way I can stand the taste of salmon).
*Chicken parmesan.
*Swedish meatballs.
*Buffalo burgers.
*Hungarian goulash can be made with any cut of steak. It's tender & falls apart in your mouth.
*Beef or pork loin cut & rolled with basil, spinach, feta, & apricots.
*Turkey or Cornish game Hen in gravy or cold in a salad with craisins.
*Chicken-fried quail with biscuits & country gravy,
*Parmesan breaded chicken-fried cubed pork.
*Teriyaki chicken wings & thighs.
*Chowder with clams, scallops, shrimp, & squid rings.
*Teriyaki eel sushi, mackerel sushi, yellowfin sushi.
*Kippers.
*House fried rice.
*8 Angels Thai food.
*Savort pork Wonton or sweet pork Bao.
*Homemade tacos.
*Stuff: Steak mixed with fried eggs & roast potatoes. Only dish in the world where it's okay to put ketchup on eggs.
*Corned beef.
