I myself prefer the barret50cal when you hit someone with it you know they are dead.

Depends, .50 Cal for the long range maps.

Intervention for more close-quarters situations, since I find it easier to quick-scope with.

The WA2000 is perfect for my type of sniping. Powerful and compact. Practicality over coolness, always.

But I also like the M21 EBR with the ACOG scope on, for use as a mid range rifle.

I like the barret for the noise it makes, the fact its rate of fire is as fast as you can spam the trigger, and the ten round magazine. This makes for epic noise sessions with scavenger pro.

Itervention is more the classic sniping but the .50 is just better in my kind of sniping.

I think all the MW2 snipers are pretty crap.

In MW I like the look of the Dragunov (and other games, always gave), but the R700 seems to warm to my heart as a sniper.

M21, slap an ACOG scope on top of it and you have a rifle that will be good for almost anything. then carry the Glock Machine Pistol for when you have to deal with something a little closer than you would like.

Before I'd gone off sniping, I used the Intervention most the time. It's very satisfying getting quick scopes with that thing.
