Very tough decision, but I'd have to say Engineer, though Spy, Pyro, and Medic are close to it.

I can easily say my least favorite class: Sniper.

Pyro second highest in poll... I am dissapoint

For me I like the explosiveness of Demoman but also like to be an annoying little Scout
Pyro is probably my #2 class after Demoman. C'mon, you know it's satisfying to light some cloaked spies on fire after those bastards backstabbed you a couple times. I hate spies.

I like the engie but I am sick of spies destroying them.

Soldier is next but I can never directly hit anybody.

(side note, how do you use the demo somewhat effectively? Little ammo and crap weapons, well the primary is ok but I don't get many kills with it)
Demo is the second hardest class to play, next to Scout. You have to be able to predict where the enemy is going to go, as well as how your own movement is going to affect the flight of your projectiles. When using the pipe bomb launcher (commonly known was the pill launcher), all you have to do is not spam your shots. Time them, aim, and the pill launcher easily becomes the deadliest weapon in the game.

The sticky launcher requires a bit more forethought. Use it to lay traps for your enemies, and if you get stuck in combat, fire sticky bombs all around your opponent, or in a particular place, and then use other sticky bombs or a few pills to herd them closer to the scene of destruction.

The Scout is the best class. There is no argument here.

Anybody pushin' this thin-thing? Home freakin' run, Battah swing-swing!

Demo and Soldier are nothing alike... Demoman is definitely my favourite. The class is at the most fun when you have the Eyelander and Charging targe. With a full stack of heads, you're as fast as a scout and can take anything except a heavy down easily in melee.

You just need to get good at pre-empting where people will be when you fire your Grenade Launcher
No.

I picked Scout a lot because my connection is a bit pap, so to baseball whack someone was often more effective than shooting. When conncetion was better, Sniper was pretty fun especialy when my friends would call out targets and I'd pop them off one by one whilst sipping a cup of coffee every few minutes.

I would disagree with the Scout being the hardest class to play. His speed makes maneuvering past and around gun fire and enemies easy, and I almost always start a new game with him to get a feel of the map and of the players. He may not have the heavy firepower seen in some of the other classes, but his weapons are very balanced.

Previously I would've said that the Spy was the hardest class, to play. In the original form the cloak lasted barely enough to make it half past 2fort, and could only be filled with time and not pickups. (I would kill myself or exploit, rejoining as a spy once again in the Spawn room) To get to the enemy you had to get behind enemy lines, with mostly just the disguise and not the cloak and close enough to an an enemy who was slow enough for that backstab animation to finish playing. However ever since the Cloak and Dagger and Dead Ringer were introduced with the Spy Update, it's a breeze. I have the longest lifespans as them now.

I didn't say that the Scout is unbalanced, or weak. I said he is the most difficult to play effectively. I'm a career Scout; I know all about the class, and it is by far the most difficult to succeed with. Spy is easy; get behind enemy lines, wait for a friendly to attack, sap guns and stab. Easy.

As a Scout, you have to get in close to deal any sort of damage. This is made easy by his speed, but difficult by how fragile he is. You know, that, and the fact that it's almost impossible to sneak up on someone because he never shuts the fuck up. As a Scout, you have to be all but a master of spatial relations and know the exact distance any particular action is going to bring you or your enemy. There is next to no room for failure.

Add that to the fact that you are a Medic's worst nightmare (as in, 90% of medics are failures and refuse to heal the most fragile, yet probably second deadliest class) and you are forced to run for health kits whenever anything more than a stray breeze wisps past you, and you've easily got the hardest class to play.

Still the most fun.

Boink.
