Nothing beats the taste. It's also very healthy and good for the environment since Kangaroos don't produce methane like cattle and sheep do.

AND THEY ARE ALL OVER THE FREAKING PLACE. srsly i spent a year in Australia and it was like KANGAROOS WTF there like a pest!

Lamb is definitely the best, it's healthier, easier to digest (than beef), and it just tastes better. Lamb shanks and lamb chops are the best thing ever.

venison! lean, mean, mix it with pork and it makes amazing sausage. plus i've never gone out and gutted any of those other animals then cleaned and ate it. deer are overpopulated anyway in the northern plains so tags are easily obtained.

I'm always down for some delicious fish. Funny thing is, I'm allergic to shellfish but I absolutely love eating fish such as salmon or trout. Grill it on the BBQ with some light seasonings and some lemon on the side and I'm in heaven.

I like all of the choices mentioned, but my favorite is definitely a nice medium-rare steak on the grill. Miam!!

Same here. Buffalo. Ever since visiting Yellowstone, I've hated those damn critters. Pushy, irritating blackguards who are nevertheless too dangerous to approach safely.
It's good the species is being brought back from the verge of extinction. I'll take mine medium rare, thank you.
