LISTEN people who are just coming on this thread to say how bad heroes is even you know its great stop its pointless and annoying.
Ah, there is no option for Daphne in the poll, though I guess you are covering the major characters so I'll let that slide. Anyway, seeing that
I'll go with Sylar. If Sylar wasn't still in the show taking the tops of people heads and keeping things ticking over, I may have actually given up on the show.
Daphne is dead now anyway, at least until Hiro travels back in time to save her or something along those lines

Recently I find myself watching heroes in spite of myself (rather like how I still read shounen mangas), whereas in season 2 I wasn't aware that any changes in the writers had occured and I found myself not liking it in spite of myself
Definitely Sylar. His powers are great, and he has a cold personality that appeals to me. However, I prefer The 4400 to Heroes, actually. It doesn't span over an infinite amount of seasons and episodes, and even though it has it's dull moments it's still more exciting that Heroes, which (imo) is dull moments with the occasional addition of excitement. It's a decent show, and I watch it to pass time, but it's not great.
Sylar is my favorite, I see him as the good guy really, and he is just slowly picking off the annoying people.

Even though Lost is actually doing a whole lot better than Heroes right now, by not having a surplus of deplorable characters, as well as the feeling that it is actually going somewhere.speedcoreXdandy said:

My Hero of Heroes would have to be Bryan Fuller, for he possesses the great and rare power of entertaining writing. The only episode that I've liked in the last two series has been his return episode, Cold Snap (I was in love with it ten seconds into the episode, and all I'd seen was Dank shaving) and one of my favourite episodes of the first series was Company Man, which he also wrote.
As for the actual characters, well, I love Noah Bennet... but if you mean a character with superpowers, its a tie between Hiro and Ando. In a world where everyone moans and mithers, they always remain upbeat and amusing. Loved that wheelbarrow scene...

You really can't see how he's written to be the main hero? It's blatantly obvious. 1) he has the best intentions. 2) he doesn't let anything get him down or dissuade him. 3) he's the most pure at heart.AvauntVanguard said:

Hiro's pretty awesome but Sylar's always been my favorite. I just like the villains. I've stopped watching a long time ago though so I don't know what his alignment is now.
I like Hiro's attitude and power, he is the only one that never really bitches about being different. Besides Sylar who gets a little angsty for a little while.
