Depends what my objective is.
If I'm drinking for pleasure, then either Guinness, or Clerics Cure, a beer made in one of the better local pubs, which has a very, very old brewery attached to it:
If I'm drinking to get drunk, then either Stella Artois or Jack Daniels and Coke. I would have Vodka as it's cheaper, but it does nasty things to me.

Occasionally I'll take hard liquor straight for a few shots, but I'm not hardcore enough to do it consistently. I usually mix rum or vodka with some flavor of soda or fruit juice.
Though I am quite partial to a good Jack and Coke.
