Poll: Finishing Final Fantasy.

I've finished all of them except, 8 and 12. Couldn't take squall, and 12 i simply stopped caring about any of them. I'm at chapter 7 now in 13, stopped for God of war, I'll start 13 up again tonight. I'm enjoying it so far but i hope it gets even better. So I voted 75%. 6 is still the best..yea i said it.

I finished I, II, IV, V, VII, VIII

I played III but this is the only final fantasy i played that i didn't like so i kinda rushed through it till i got to a point were my level was to low to continue forward and stoped playing.

I play the main quest some side quests but i am not a fan of side quests. They say that final fantasy XIII is very linear and i see that as a positive point. No unnesecary side tracking just the main quest and story.

I never got a playstation 2 so i haven't played those games.

And FF V is the best one i played.

if you mean finished as in the main story-line, then in the main series I've completed: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12

I still need to complete 3 and 13

But if you mean complete as in finish every sidequest, then just 6 and 7

I've finished 3 and 6, got to the final dungeon of 4 for the DS,got somewhat into disc 3 for 9 and not very far into 10 or 12. The reason I usually quit is due to a boss I can't beat or a certain part I just don't want to do or in 12's case I lent it to my cousin and haven't seen it since. I'll probably finish up 4 and 9 but I really didn't care for 10.

I decided on 75%, because while I always kill the big bad and save the world etc, I can never bother with the fiddly stuff, for example WHO HAS THE PATIENCE TO AVOID 200 LIGHTNING STRIKES? And I generally leave a few enemies undefeated (*yes* ruby weapon, I'm looking at you). But I get the plot done, I've never gotten bored during the actual story of the seven or so I've played.

I avoided 200 lightning strikes....
I'll just go sit in the corner now and cry to myself...

Can I hire you? I want Lulu's weapon but I am not doing that!

I would consider doing it if it was 50 dodges, I think if I got to 199 and fucked up, I might just swallow a lethal dose of pills.

On topic, I have only played 10 and completed the main story, I have never completed the monster arena, killed a dark aeon, maxed the sphere grid or got all of the secret weapons.

I've actually gotten to 196 and my father walked in front of the tv to get something... I wanted to kill him as that lightning bolt struck me down.

Finished all the mains, finished Tactics A2 Grimoire of the rift, finished dirge of cerberus, EZ Ehrgeiz. The only ones I haven't finished are 13 (which I am playing now), the original tactics (never got round to it), the chocobo ones and the crystal chronicle games, dissidia and crisis core (don't own a PSP).

Don't bother with the first Crystal Chronicle Game. It really is not worth it. Probably the most boring, repetitive, story lacking game by Square I've ever played.

FF VIII I stopped before the last boss.

IMO you really, really missed out, I love the ending to that game so much.

Anyway, I personally have finished IV, VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XII and XIII. I started I, didn't make it far. To my eternal self-loathing, I somehow never bothered finishing VI, despite the fact it's awesome.

I played XI briefly, never got far.

I only picked up the PC version of Final Fantasy VIII but stopped after a while, when I realised I'm not really into JRPGs (so I'm not blaming FF for that). I'm currently playing Dissidia: Final Fantasy on PSP though and that games rocks! I'm definitely going for 100% completed on that game.

I get to the airship, get sidetracked with sidequests...and take a break and never return.

I played about 20 minutes of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the 'cube. Was bored out of mind. I've seen The Spoony Experiment "review" of FF8 [http://spoonyexperiment.com/2007/04/04/final-fantasy-viii-review-part-1/], have no real desire to dive into sterotypical JRPG. I might rent the newest one, since I am not getting a playstation to try out any of the others.

The only one I never finished was IX, because the character irritated the shit out of me (except for Vivi). But I've played all the way through IV, VII, VIII, X, and X-2. I played a little of a friend's version of XII and hated it, but I don't count that one

Finished FFX and FFXII. X I've played through a few times. XII I still go back to get the rare spawns and such.
