I don't know. I'm probably going to get a bunch of old games which I've never had a chance to play; like The Fallout Collection, Dreamfall & the Longest Journey, and Freedom Force.
Fine taste in games. I don't know that I've actually seen a person besides me mention Freedom Force. Those games are amazing.
I haven't played any of them yet, but I've great things about them, so I'm waiting 'til I have enough cash to get them all at once.
For what it's worth the Freedom Force games are stupid cheap on steam, but you might have already known that.

Yeah, that's where I'm planning to get all those from.

Getting Just Cause 2 and Metro 2033 for sure, and maybe God Of War 3. Still, waiting primarily for Alan Wake in May.

Also, not sure whether I want to get Metro 2033 for 360 or PC, my PC is right at the recommended specs, so no max running it for me. Pretty high specs, honestly. Max specs require a non-released gfx card, and here I was, thinking I was in the clear with my super-clocked 260 GTX, but nope, they bring out the 400 series.

Edit: Also getting Dragon Age: Awakening

Definetly God of War 3 and Bad Company 2. Maybe Metro 2033 and Command and Conquer 4, if my PC can run them, which I doubt it can.
PC specs for Metro. Mine can't do it. Gonna get it for the Xbox.

hmmm, I've got the dual core and 1g of ram for minimum settings, but I'm not sure what graphics card I have. I don't game on my computer a lot, so I don't have a particularly good one I'm sure. Playing Mass Effect (1) for more than an hour forces my computer into sleep mode, so even if it is good enough, it would probably be too much for my PC to handle for an extended amount of time.

And I don't have an Xbox 360, so that's not really an option either. Oh well, my computer is dying, so maybe I can convince my parents to get me a gaming PC. The sad thing is, my friend's gaming PC, which he can run games on the high settings on, was cheaper than my shitty PC, which lags like a ***** on low settings and cost about $1500. My parents got ripped off on that... of course they were opposed to me playing video games on the PC at that time, but they don't mind anymore. Well, I can always hope.

Dragon Age: Awakening!

Seriously, why do people who make these threads seem to know very little about what is actually coming out, beyond a very narrow tunnel of stuff that interests them?
Nah, it's just that Dragon Age expansion is not even in the same league as some of the presented titles. Having played DA:O right before Demon's Souls at X-Mas, I can say that Demon's Souls is a FAR better RPG than DA:O. DA:O is a generic and average RPG and not worth any extra DLC money.
Demon's Souls is a hack'n'slash action game with RPG elements further diminished by its platform exclusivity. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, but it's not much of an RPG. Therefor I don't compare it to actual RPG games just as I wouldn't compare Devil May Cry to Madden. As for Dragon Age, it's neither generic nor average. It is a great game, and I'm sorry you failed to appreciate it. Also, Awakening promises to deliver as much content and playtime as most full-feature releases, so I disagree with your assessment of its "league".

Also, DA:A isn't the only major release that is missing from the poll and I was reffering to these topics in general.

None, as January and February already took turns in draining me of finances.

However, given the possibility, I'll most certainly try to get C&C and yes, OMG, Metro 2033, elitism not withstanding.

Edit: also, having played both Dragon Age and Daemon's Souls, can't we just agree that they're both great games and that there's enough room in the gaming universe for both?

I don't have a PS3 so that rules out God of War.. I wasn't really a fan of Bad Company so I'll probably be putting Just Cause 2 at the top of my list. Didn't play the first one but from what I've seen it's supposed to be amazing.

after playing the god of war 3 e3 demo (available on psn store now) and watching the gametrailers 20 min of it god of war 3 has me drooling. i have to say if i wasnt a fan already i still wouldnt be able to wait. although im a big fan (main reason i got a ps3 i played both originals about 10 times).

also ive only seen about 1 trailer for metro 2033 im surprised so many are interested in it, to me it just seems an fps with some monsters. ill look into it though.

Red Steel 2 and God of War 3 are the only worthwhile games being released, I like first person melee, I don't care for GoW and it's ilk, I have a Wii, I don't have a PS3. The choice seems obvious.

None of the above. I spent most of my money on ME2 and Bioshock 2 and now I have to save up. I will probably buy a game in November because it's my birthday then and a lot of games come out at that time for christmas.
