So what genre of video games do you play most of?

I personally play shooter games a lot.

Depending on what I'm in the mood for. It might be shooters, RPGs like now, casual games, whatever. As long as I have fun, it doesn't really matter.

I play a lot. Mostly shooters, but it really depends on what I'm in the mood to play. Sometimes I want to play Left 4 Dead, sometimes I want to play the Sims, sometimes I want to play Mario Kart. It all depends.

You should really have included RPG in there, it's still one of the most important genres. And coincidentally, that's my favorite. But I also play some RTS and FPS when the mood takes me.

I'd suppose that I like anything with a marginal amount of strategy involved so I have to actually think about what I'm doing... but, more simply, I like ye olde RPG, most strategy games, a rhythm game here or there, some shooter odds and ends (especially of the survival horror variety), and then some random, WTF genres (Trauma Center, anyone...?).

Adventure, I love traversing open worlds and being immersed in the spectacle of role-playing as an elf/dwarf/midget/dragon/warrior/rapist.
