Beer mostly. Anything heavier implies some reason to drink it - be it a holiday and champagne, tradition and wine or a need to drown your sorrow in cognac.

I don't drink(anymore) it just wasn't for me. Though I will have a little glass of wine every so often. I live on a vineyard, and it would be odd if I didn't know my wine.

I think, there's nothing more satisfying than walking up to the bar and ordering a "Scotch on the rocks," and then demanding the full list of Scotches. If only to watch the poor person behind the bar try and figure out which whisky is a Scotch.

I'm a hard liquor type of guy, when I drink alcohol anyway.

Other than that, fountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. :D And Mango Orange Juice. That stuff's amazing.

Whoa wait what?

Whisky isn't high %?

*Compares Bottle of Crown royal on desk in front of me to the bottles of vodka under the bed*

Whisky has 40% and Vodka 35%-40%, granted this is Smirnoff and I have no other references for vodka.

I shall now look in the cupboard with all my booze in it: Baileys 17% Starbucks Liquor 20% Jägermeister 35% Everything else 40 (that includes scotch).

So yeah Whisky is high % as well... unless there's stuff besides absinthe higher then 40% that I don't know of.

Sadly I also found I don't have anymore tequila. Also that I need more coffee alcohol, because it's coffee alcohol

EDIT: Also the only beer I can actually drink and enjoy are Stouts/dark beers. Everything else is just disgusting come the second or third drink. Or hell half way through the first drink.

Coca-cola? :3
Rightfully so, at your age! Don't drink too much of it though, 'tis not good for a child to ingest too much sugar! Also, for fun's sake: lastbilschaufför. Yep.

My favourite old-person drink for relaxation is beer. For debauchery and general public idiocy, however, I prefer vodka.
Why did I imagine you saying that in Morrigans accent.... 8D

Nothing beats an ice cold beer after a busy day at the office. And by office, I mean high school.

My own personal concoction: Canadian Club Whiskey mixed with Mountain Dew, Red Bull, and (if it's a true all-nighter) a shot of 5 hour energy. Gin and Vodka mix well with that too.

Real ale, preferably from the British microbreweries (I like Belgian and German beers too, I just prefer the ale of my home country). I prefer Wychwood, Badger, Brains and Cains (mostly just to support my local boys - we can brew up a damn fine raisin beer). Yup, I loves me some real beer.

It's just hard to get in most pubs. The ones that do sell the good stuff (and take care of it properly) tend to charge a lot. I can drink lager but that stuff doesn't agree with me at all. The only times I've ever been vomitting drunk have been when I've been drinking lager.

So when I can't get my fix I tend to drink whiskey. I prefer bourbons, I think I'm the only person I know that prefers the taste of straight Jack Daniels to straight Jamesons. My party trick is doing the pepsi challenge with as many top shelf whiskeys as you can name. I won't be able to tell them apart, but the party host won't figure that out until I've already drank all their whiskey and I'm well on my way to the next party.

Gentlemen? Well, not everyone present is of the male gender...
Anyway, I like a nice glass of white wine. Which would be really nice over a nice dinner...
Now, if only people allowed me to cook more often...
Sorry, I was just trying to use a tone which exemplified the unreasonable 'snobyness' of the question...
