Italian Oven: fork and knife
I eat more italian style pizzas so I guess fork and knife. If I use any dressing, it's just sour cream. My favorite pizza is Mexican Taco Pizza American Style. Salsa instead of tomato sauce with jalapenos, nachos and season ground beef. Yum!

Eh, to each there own. ANyway, Hands. You pick it up, ad depending on the style, you either eat, you fold, or you fold and flip the tip of it into itself so that it stop drooping, and than you eat.

Pizza is originally from Italy,which I visited a few years ago and can say that italians eat pizza's with their bare hands without any sauce/dips.I,personally,use hands as well.
Also,wtf is that Chicago Style Pizza,looks like a cake with an overflow of tomato juice.*winces at the though of eating something like that*

Never knew people dipped their pizzas in sauce. Don't they already come with sauce on the pizza? I mostly eat pizza with my hands, although if it's particularly messy or it looks as if the base isn't stiff enough to support itself, then I'll eat it with a knife and fork. Also depends on the company.
I have a weird habit of taking certain dishes apart before I eat it.
I take all the lettuce,tomatoes, and pickles out of cheeseburger, eat them first, and then eat the cheeseburger.
With pizza, I take all the toppings and crust off (eat them), and then tear and dip the rest of the pizza into Tapatio hot sauce (or sometimes Thousand Island dressing).
All with mah hands. =D

I always fold it (so it looks like a calzone), grab it in my hands and nomnomnom.
