Poll: GoW - What series do you think of first?

I thought that GOW was for God of War and GoW was for Gears of War

Whenever I read GoW my brain immediately switches to DoW and I feel a strong compulsion to play Dawn of War.

Gears Of War, but only because I prefer the series. In all fairness God of War had that abbreviation first, so it has seniority.

I think of Gears first because out of the two it's the game that's bad enough to be put into an acronym.(I despise the use of acronyms on anything I like)

And then I roll over things in Leman Russ's and forget about this "Gears Of War" business.

I still want to know how it came to pass that a mass-produced military vehicle got to bear the name of a Space Marine primarch...

I think of both God of War and Gears of War. Years on the Gamespot forums quickly got me used to the fact that one meaning shows up just as often as the other.

God of War, as I've always seen Gears of War abbreviated as Gears.

God of War was released before Gears. Ergo, I feel it's only right to give God of War the acronym of GoW.

I usually just abbreviate Gears as.. Well... "Gears."

I think God of War, because the O in GoW makes me think of God, so I'm on that track before I even think of the other.
