Damn 100 without hesitation. XD There's no way in Hell I'd damn my best friend. So goodbye random 100 people because we're not ALL getting fucked either.

Seems a little odd that I'm still going to heaven after deliberately damning a group of randomers, but whatever. Bye, random people.

I'm not condemning my dog to hell.

Can I choose myself? I'd probably regret it after a few seconds, but right then and there it'd be an easy decision.

If not, can I have a few minutes with the loved one beforehand? If yes, then I'd pick that person, very unhappily.

If not, I'd probably get stuck in a loop and damn all reality.

Or lead them all in a rebellion against the bloody tyrant.

Option D, Punch God in the face for forcing this decision upon me. Then kick HIS sorry ass into hell for enforcing an eternity of pain and torture upon wrongdoers, and in this case random people, with no chance for them to ever redeem themselves.

"A" are (or, I suppose, were) awesome. Can't believe they're getting so little love.
Though I do suppose we have to respect the sterling work that Bs do pollinating flowers and stuff. And that of C in keeping half the world's computers running.

Assuming you mean random by a random selection of people I don't know, randoms get damned.

Friends > strangers.

Hands down the 100 random people no question.

The people closest to me are closest because I like them.

I choose option D.
I can make up my mind but I want everyone to suffer.
Because I'm Evil.
Causing as much suffering as possible is my longterm goal.
Well, that and keeping myself entertained.

I can't help but feel that damning one hundred people is a beautiful kickback at God. After all, you only need act once: he then has to spend all eternity inflicting this punishment.

The 100 hundred random people, every day of the week. If I don't know you, then I don't care.

Like others, I'd rather pick myself.

But if I couldn't pick myself, I'd pick my loved one. Why? All my loved ones, like myself, are atheists and we don't really get on well with the sorts of people who say they are going to heaven. So my loved one wouldn't really enjoy being doomed to hang out with those people in heaven. Our other friends and loved ones will be in Hell, so they'd be around people they know.

Sadly, in this scenario, then I'd be stuck in heaven with the creepy Westboro Baptist People, and all sorts of other judgemental people I don't want to have anything to do with.
Probably not, the very fact they're judgemental means they have some work to do before they 'go up into' this heaven you speak of.

By the way, not all Christians are westboro types or 'judgemental'. Some of us are genuinely nice people who try very hard to love unconditionally like Jesus did. It's pretty hurtful to tar us with that very negative brush when we're as against that as you are.

Is it time to get all Trolly Face and claim that the one closest to me would in fact be Jesus?

I'd damn the 100 random people...

I care too much for the people in my life.

Also what are the chances of the 100 people all being douches? or even a majority?

Pretty easy decision to be honest.
