After the credits my reaction was "....MOTHERF***ING ALIENS!"

Not in a theater, but when Ollie shoots Mrs. Carmody in The Mist, I literally pumped my fist in the air and shouted "YES!!", startling both myself and my girlfriend (we were watching it at home).

There was one other incident at some point, but I can't remember what movie it was. Ah well.

Not personally. But I once knew someone who started laughing out loud very abruptly when in Spiderman Peter Parker hit his girlfriend (what's her name?). Apparently she didn't like her in the film, an thus enjoyed the moment.

Scott Pilgrim. Not from anger, but from pure excitement.
I second that. I squealed like a girl when the Great Fairy Fountain music came on, and then all my friends looked at me like I was retarded.

I did laugh out loud when watching Twilight: Eclipse (I work in a cinema. I was paid to do it) there's a part where the Vampires slowly walk out a lake like they're in "Westworld" or something, and I just couldn't help myself. I got quite a stern telling off from my supervisor. Apparently you're not allowed to laugh at jokes. It must have been a joke as it looked so stupid.

While it didn't cause me to yell out I did quietly say "Bravo Duncan Jones, Bravo" when watching Source Code, and noticing they cast Scott Bakula as the the main character's father. A nod to how the film is, basically, Quantum Leap post 9/11.

No, I am quiet in the cinemas. I payed to watch the movie, and so did others. If I had wanted to pay for screaming and other annoyances, I'd brought along a cage of monkeys.

Does it count if I yelled because everyone was clapping?

Cause..people who clap at movies are idiots. Its annoying, rude, and no one hears it who wants to. (ie the actors)

When me and my friends were younger we would start clapping either at wildly inappropriate parts or 20 minutes before the end.
And had I been there, I would find you annoying and stupid.

Oh yes. During Sucker Punch, when Baby Doll fights the second 20 foot-tall Samurai, the entire theatre literally started screaming when it started shooting the RPG and Minigun. I think our senses were overwhelmed with awesome.

It was when I saw Fellowship of the Ring in the cinema.
SPOILER ALERT!!!
Boromir was getting his ass kicked and the Uru-something shot him with a bow once, then another time. It was pretty dramatic until he shot him for the third time. All I could think of then was this scene from Ace Ventura 2:

I just had to shout out "3 darts is too much!"

I did laugh way to loud during the second Twilight film, twice actually.

1. When it was just the main char being emo in her room for fucking months

2. Someone called someone a "marshmellow" i was crying with laughter while all the girls in the theater were either "awwwing" or glaring at me.

Ah man i will go to the next Twilight film if i get to laugh that much at it.

I tend to only rage at a film under my breath though.

I recently sat through Transformers 3 with my dad and cousin. It was actually a lot better than I expected with the action and CGI being really great. However, there were so many times where the movie got so stupid that I just had to yell out something along the lines of "that makes no sense" or "No, that should have killed him/them". I got to wondering if any other movie had this kind of effect.

So escapists, has a movie ever caused you to yell out in the theater and what movie was it?
No. There have been a few times, but then I remember I payed ten dollars to watch a movie and I don't want to hear other people yell out their opinions, so I don't.

So it's more likely I'd yell at someone like you to be quiet.
