I think the media has gotten more stupid and ignorant.
And they in turn only focus on the stupid and ignorant, stray from these though and you'll find that it's not as bad as you might think.

Thanks, other fans would have torn me to pieces. I know that not all fans are bad or annoying but the ones that are destroy every shred of dignity that the regular carefree fans had. You are one of the few that understand this and where Im coming from. Thanks, you actually gave me hope for fanboys. (Seriously, Thanks.)

Don't get me wrong, everyone is still fuckin' retarded, even me at times. The world and it's people have gotten less ignorant about things, such as religion and sexuality.
