With the whole Bulletstorm makes rapists bullshit that Fox News have put out have they essentially ruined themselves. With the entire article people have discovered errors, inconsistencies and even selective quoting proving they make their own news and if Fox'll lie about a game how much else is shit.
My view is that, like they said, they believed games to by just for kids and didn't realise games have actually grown and become a medium for any age, I qoute another article that says the average gamer is 20-30 and a lot more vocal than Fox realised.
So what do you all think, is this another nail in the coffin or will it blow over onto the next piece of crap story?

Probably just blow over, but I know the gaming community will have nothing (if very little) to do with Fox news from now on as I think many like myself take that kind of story and bull personally. However, for people who aren't gamers and especially those who don't understand us (like our parent's generation [I'm 20]) are probably going to just over look this, if they even see the problems with the article in the first place.


On that note, a game called "Bulletstorm" should probably not be bought or played for/by anyone under the age of 15. Perhaps even younger in my opinion.

Sadly, this is what Fox does, they cater to people who need a distraction and give it to them as fear. it gives people an outlet for anger and a person to blame.
They have said a lot of stupid things with no foundation, like beer pong gives you herpes or everyone and their mother who told a lie are akin to some famous fascists. Their ridiculousness is one of the reasons Americans think John Stewart is an actual newscaster.

They've been doing this kind of thing for years. It's not once stopped any of their rabid viewerbase from listening to the garbage they spew.
