Nope, and not going to. Though, I haven't bought a Nintendo console is decades. Actually, technically I never bought one. I did buy a DS (not a 3DS) at one point, but that's about it.
Frankly, I'm not a Nintendo fan. I do respect the company and their games, but the systems don't appeal to me. So why would I buy an Amiibo?

I do not have any and I don't plan on getting any of them. While I will admit that many of them do look neat, I have no use for one as I have no intentions of getting a Wii U and I don't like them enough to get one just for displaying purposes.
I got the Link and Zelda amiibo because I was able to find them at retail price, and they work with both Smash Bros. and Hyrule Warriors. I particularly like the look of Zelda.
Also, my girlfriend has family in Spain, and as of a couple weeks ago they've started looking out for amiibo for us (since there's less of a shortage over in Europe). Recently, they snagged Robin, Samus, and Marth. My girlfriend really wants Robin, but the other two will be mine once they can get them to us.
UPDATE: Today they found Sheik and Lucario, too.

I have a few. I originally only intended to get one, Lucina. But I was having difficulty locating one. Eventually I gave up trying to pre-order one. Then the Zero-Suit Samus and Palutena ones went on pre-order, so I thought I'd get the boot in early and pre-ordered them expecting to only get one if at all.
Then, on Lucina's release day I got lucky and found a shop that hadn't done pre-orders, and operated a first come first served option and managed to get first in line (closely accompanied by a couple of people who had a sense of fair play who let me go first and stymied some of the less courteous people who tried pushing in front). I'd forgotten about the pre-orders after that and would've probably cancelled them. But then I got the e-mail saying they were being dispatched.
So, now I have Lucina, Palutena, Zero-Suit Samus and an Inkling I had the opportunity to get. The Inkling's the only one who's been taken out of the package at the moment though. Their rarity at the time made me feel uncomfortable opening them. Like I was wrecking a collector's item or something. Looking online now though they seem to be more plentiful, so I'll probably actually use them now.

Just one - Captain Falcon. I had actually preordered it from Gamestop. I was the only one who had, so they only got one in stock. That's just the way it went, apparently. I can understand being apprehensive about preordering video games, but for physical collectibles it seems to be the most prudent decision.
Ness, Toon Link, Mega Man and Pac-Man. The only ones I really wanted were Ness and Toon Link, the other two were impulse purchases. With that said, I don't doubt that I will be picking up the Duck Hunt and Lucas Amiibo when they are released (if I can find them).
I finally caved and bought an Amiibo a couple weeks ago. Most of the stores in my area are sold out to the point of only having Amiibos of Mario characters whenever I looked around to buy. And then at a Gamestop, I found that they had 1 amiibo each of Pac-man and Sonic. I wound up buying Sonic just for novelty's sake.... I might get other Amiibos later, if they restock, but I doubt it'll happen....
Now I just need to wait until they release the wireless Amiibo docker since I only have a normal 3DS XL, and not a New3DS or Wii U.-_-;

I've got nine with a tenth on the way: Mario, Robin, Lucina, Rosalina, Charizard, Greninja, Pac Man, Marth and Ness. Splatoon Girl on the way.
Here in the UK, it's pretty easy to get them. GAME always seems to have a dozen different ones at any one time. The only ones I've never seen for sale anywhere in the UK even once are Rosalina and Greninja. Luckily when I visited Japan I managed to snag Rosalina for wonderully cheap (about £11) and ordered Greninja for about £12.

I read the thread title as "Have you bought an Armadillo yet" and was filled with so many questions, as well as curiosity as to how that had become common enough practice to warrant a thread.
...Suffice it to say, I am now sort of disappointed, both at the reality and because I don't have an excuse to link pictures of baby armadillos.

To the OP: No, no I have not bought any. I don't even own a system/game that'd work with one...though the Fire Emblem amiibos have been rather tempting.

I got Mega Man, but mostly just because I like having a little Mega Man figure, than the actual dumb amiibo content.
Personally, no, but my girlfriend has had me buy her Peach and Rosalina because she likes them as figures. No intention at all of actually using them, they're just pretty figures of things she likes =P

I haven't bought any yet, despite me wanting to, because I refuse to put money into the damn scalpers who want to sell me an Amiibo at double or triple the retail price because it's popular or in high demand. You, too, Nintendo, need to either make more of these little buggers or I'll boycott your Amiibos like I did Apple's iPod Touches (a boycott which ended a week ago after 5 years).
If there were any Amiibos that I would immediately want it's the Splatoon set (Inkling Boy, Inkling Girl, & Kraken). I enjoy the game and having some extra side missions, gear, and weapons will only add hours of fun to an already awesome game.
In terms of purely collecting them because they look awesome, it would be Mario, Fox, Samus, Charizard, Sonic, Megaman, Pac-Man (my mother actually wants this one for her desk at work), and, in the future, R.O.B. and a Green Woolly Yoshi.

Haven not been Smashing in a while now since the little time I game goes into a few rounds of Splat00n every now and then.
If/When I get a little feeling for Smash again I have been thinking about getting Ike as the next one.
