Never, therein lies one of the roads to alcoholism. I simply think about my problems till I solve them, ***** about it to my GF or a friend or simply ignore it until I fall asleep.

No. I see drinking to escape your problems as backing down from them, something I refuse to do . It means whoever (or whatever) caused you that pain wins.

I can't stand alcohol and I overcome most of my problems without much stress so no.

Alcohol? Never.

Extremely hard drugs to forget/alter my consciousness so I wouldn't give a fuck? Oh, you know it. It's a wonder I lived to see my own high school graduation.

No. The only thing that nobody can take from us are emotion, and reason.
Erm, heard of a lobotomy?

OT: Nah, I deal with problems happily THEN get drunk. Otherwise you get an angry-fighty drunk, you don't want to be angry-fighty drunk.

No, I've never drank as I'm not of the legal age, and even if I was, I doubt I would drink much.

I don't necessarily look at people who turn to alcohol to forget about their problems as weak, thinking like that is counter-productive, even harmful. Of all of the things that can add up to make someone hate their life and drink excessively to try to deal with it, I think it's just a tad simplistic to sum it all up as just a "lack of will." Some people don't know how to deal with certain problems, it could just their personality, how they were raised, or a variety of other reasons. We all have ways of dealing with our pain and problems. I listen to music, I play guitar or drums, I tend to stay up late as well, my mind too busy with it all. Sure, my way might be less harmful, but that's the thing, blaming people doesn't help, showing them a healthier way to deal with life helps.

Oh yeah, totally.

People usually say "you won't find your answers at the bottom of a glass" but you'll be surprised at the amount of times ya do. Especially with heartbreak, it'll heal itself in time and until that time there's nothing wrong with dulling the pain a bit so it's not consstantly grinding away at you.

... I feel like a drink...
Yeah this guy speaks the truth. I find alcohol to be a perfect way of dealing with shit.

I could use a drink now too.

Well, I was considering trying it once, then realised they'd just return when I next woke up, accompanied by a massive headache.

Not worth it really.

No problems that I've resorted to alcohol.

I only drink at social gatherings. Like parties and anything teenager related.

I've always been sober to solve my problems.

Tried, it doesn't work.

Alcohol just makes whatever you're feeling more intense. If you're happy, you get happier. If you're sad, you get sadder.

A-hyup. In fact, I did it so much that it screwed up my stomach somehow, and now I can no longer hold down anything stronger than Bailey's.

No, I only usually drink when I'm out with friends or at an other social event.

Once, though, I completely crashed and didn't speak to anyone for a week. Didn't answer the phone, didn't go on any online messaging services or anything like that.

I wouldn't recommend it; far too much time spent thinking whilst not actually getting anywhere.
