So I was playing L4D and I had my baby cousin over. Well she was crying and when I heard it I immediatly thought. Oh god Witch!

Well I was wondering if you have ever had a moment that you confused reality and a game? Like have you ever tried looking for the dialogue box while talking to somebody after a day long Fallout 3 session?

Once I was wondering what time it was and glanced into the upper-right corner of my vision. It was an extra-sad moment for me.

After playing MGS4 whenever I would see a bit of light in either of the upper corners of my vision I had an instinct to hit the X or L1 button, BUT THERE WASN'T ANY BUTTONS!

I haven't. My friend looked outside once on a foggy day and said "Someone really needs to turn the draw distance up." I have never wanted to smack him in the head so hard as that day.

I was swimming and looked for the gauge to tell me how much time i had left until I had to breath again. Sad thing is I'm not kidding.

No! You're missing out on flashbacks!

Anyway, no, not really, though occasionally I catch myself making vague hand movements as if I'm typing what I say.

I was on a hill at a bay, looking at a city and a green field with cows in it, and a river (bridges) in the distance. It was an amazing view, I commented, yer, now I know why they built the city of Newcstle here. Civ 3.

Fortunately no. I have never confused the two. I wonder if this is the type of question that people who accuse games for killing other people should be asking themselves.

I have often had moments like that. For instance after playing a marathon of Katamari Damacy with my nephew I couldn't drive, kept thinking I could just roll things up with my truck.

here's a good one but I don't know if it counts.
I got gary's mod at like 11 o'clock at night and I didn't play that day, but the next day I must have played for for 8 hours on my laptop! as I was going to sleep I kept trying to close my laptop that wasn't even there

After playing Crackdown, I kept imagining the dude climbing all the buildings. And believe me, there's a buttload here in Sao Paulo he'd climb!

Hey just cause I try to press X every time I see a door doesnt mean that every time I get into a flaming ATV I have to drive next to cars(SR2 term).

A marathon session of Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana (37 hours!) left me giving random objects funny looks as I tried to decide if it was worth Element Extracting them. Moral of the story? I should have called in sick instead of going to class that day.

Once I got into a car and instead of pushing the pedal I tried to use the trigger button to go. That was a slight confusion...
