I've had a few. My grandma used to call me Oblivious when I was little, and once I got a little older some people started calling me Liver. And now, my boyfriend has taken to calling me Olive Garden when I call him some sugar-coated nonsense that I do just to get on his nerves. xD

My name is Olivia, in case you haven't guessed.

Fuck... you should just call me "Nickname Man", because I've got nothing BUT nicknames. Here's the short list:

Leeroy Jenkins
Yogi
Booboo
Bruce Lee
Leeroy Brown (baddest man in the whole damn town)
Jet Li
Lee-Lee

And that's just what I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more than this.

Yup, I'm in the military so it's a pretty common practice. My last name is Stuart, so my buddies always call me Stewie.

Rudy when I played freshman football because my last name is Ruedy, and since they are pronounced the same way someone just made the connection to that movie and that just kinda stuck. Does Nick count as a nickname? I hate it when people call me Nicholas so they call me that.

I'm Rosco T. Shaklefurd attorney at law, when I walk in people are supposed to say "Rosco" and I say, "That's right". I'm not making that up, my Latin teacher made a comment of how outside of school I lived a double life as hard as nails lawyer, we built on that and I was a drug addict until I said enough so that I could be a good father and role model to y monkey son.

I go by many names.

Seriously though, I sometimes feel like Raskolnikov from the book "Crime and Punishment" for all the names that I don.

my nickname is "Klöven" which translated from swedish to english is "The Hoof"....yeah that´s right, the same that cows have... why you ask? well, i was teasing a buddy of mine and was kicking his shin, just for shits and giggles, and he said "get those scanian hoofs away from me" (Scania is a county in sweden, if you try to translate it at least, and there are a lot of farmers there, with cows)

and "the hoof" or just "hoof" stuck in peoples heads, and now that´s what i am called....exclusively. There are even people whom i know, that cant remember my real name, since i got my nickname before i met them...

A very awesome reference, I must say.

And I totally understand that sentiment, it's surprising that I know my actual name sometimes.

Immediate family members call me LJ and I had and still do have a friend back in Scotland that calls me Reno after the Final Fantasy character on account of the fact that I used to have bright red hair until recently. I don't think he knows I've got it changed. I'll have to let him know. Lol.

Well, for most of my life people have been calling me a shortened version of my actual first name. That counts, right?

Also, since I've been at college, many people have been calling me "Jesus" because of my hair.

I was recieved the nickname "Cheese King" during a Boy Scout campout. The story? We were making crakerbarrel and someone decided to cut up all five blocks of cheese that we had. When it came time to serve it, (along with some crackers and sausage) everyone decided they were no longer hungry after eating all the crackers. So there we had a plate overflowing with cheddar and monterey jack cheese that no one wanted (come to think of it, I don't remember what happened to the sausage). So they decided they were going to throw it out, but I interjected and said I would eat all the cheese. And I did. I also didn't have to use the bathroom the rest of the weekend.... Don't think about that one too hard.

Also, I have the steampunk name Lysander since I joined several of my friends in going to the World Steam Expo. Not sure if that counts though.

Schlike. Samurai Schlike.

Not really sure how I got that name in cross country, but it stuck for about a year after I left XC.
