No, but I've had gaming-related dreams after pulling the occasional all-nighter. Also, after playing Guitar Hero for awhile, I can't get the last song I played out of my head, if that counts.

Yeah, I've had Tetris Effect. I would read and I'd keep seeing ways to fit blocks into the shape of the text I was reading. Also, I get some weird stuff from playing Guitar Hero for a long time.

The first memory I have of this sort of thing was playing Road Rash. The hypnotic highway lines gave me a weird sensation after a while.

-After playing a lot of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (wooo), walking around I could only see all the places I could do grinds, wall-rides, etc. (but a conspicuous lack of half-pipes)

The same thing with me except instead of 2 it was 3.

For me I used to play a hell of a lot of Pokemon puzzle league and to this day i occasionally see entire vs. comp matches in my head....

yes....I played Psychonauts so much i find myself trying to set people on fire with my mind or i'll see things alot more colorful and cartoony in real life...
Oh, yeah, that one screwed me over a bit as well, only I ceased to acknowledge horizontal and vertical lines, what with them only existing in one part of the game and all.

Guitar Hero. Is Evil. For This.

I stood up, the whole room started floating upwards, myself included. I looked out of my bedroom window, it looked like I was 6 floors up. I was nearly sick.
I had this, but from Rock Band 1/2. It's left a lasting effect. If I ever see a screenshot or picture of the gameplay board-thing, it just starts floating up on the page.

After playing guitar hero 3 all night, everytime I looked at a wall it looked as though the paint was moving down.

This thread reminded me of a Rock Paper Shotgun article I read yesterday [http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2010/03/31/action-half-life-the-5-a-m/]. Specifically, this bit.
Hour 6 dropped us into a giant chamber made entirely out of alternating red and white tiles. Again we scouted the perimeter of the room and started flinging ourselves against walls like moshers to find the way out, but this time it wasn?t so easy. Ten minutes later we were still stuck, and I decided to take a break to go pee. Looking away from the monitor it was with no small amount of gut-terror that I realised something was very wrong and turned back to type a message to my friends.

?OH FUCK?, I sent, followed by ?LOOK AWAY FROM THE MONITOR.?

My friends? responses were almost instantaneous. ?oh god?, ?ARGH?, ?No fucking way?.

Our real worlds had turned monochrome. Some optical trick involving those red and white tiles had broken our eyes, and we could only see in pea green, sickly yellow and all the shades in between.

Doing our best to ignore this exciting new disability we returned to the game and began spacking against the walls with a new, crazed meticulousness, each of us splitting up to check one wall. We found the exit five minutes later- a single tile you had to jump to fit through.
The articles they posted yesterday is perhaps the most earnest April Fools on a website, ever.

And yes, I concur with Guitar Hero. Also, most credits has a similar effect for me.

Recently I've seen small planes flying around, and my first thought was "Shit, enemy UAV."

Then I realized I didn't have a Javelin on my back, and that I was indeed in real life.

Hah, I get that too on Rock Band, like my vision's compensating for things scrolling towards me, making things in the centre of my vision bend upwards :D

Would be crazy to have a 3D version of Rock Band, so the notes literally scroll towards you - I wonder what sort of distortion THAT would cause to your vision afterwards!

I've done this quite a few times but my favorite is when I thought I saw a Geth from Mass Effect in a bush across the street from me. Needless to say I felt dumb afterwords.

After playing a FF, I keep trying to cast fire on things =(
And I see lots of shiny things and think they're treasures.
