Elizabeth was actually on the cover at one point. Supposedly, many women were turned off by the cover, and the general male demographic that they tested it on kept asking if ELizabeth appears nude at some point, or if there is a sex scene with her.FootloosePhoenix said:I agree, it would be wonderful if a lot of developers did this. I can't tell you how many PS3 games I own that just have black or white covers...it's off-putting to me to see all these white/black games lined up on my shelf, though that could be just some odd form of OCD I have or something.StormShaun said:I didn't really care for the other cover.
I just kept it on the original.
Though I REALLY like the idea of a flip-able cover. It can make things look different and people can change a disliked cover to something better in a few seconds.
More games should do it.![]()
Won't be able to pick up Infinite until this afternoon, which is most unfortunate, but as soon as I'm done mucking about with everything in my Ultimate Songbird Edition, I'll flip it over. The cover art doesn't bother me, but the reverse side is just plain lovely. Some people were disappointed that Elizabeth wasn't on the cover, but I care a hell of a lot more about the Songbird taking his rightful place there.
They changed the cover to show case that the game is about shooting people, not having sex with a lead character. One of the guys even asked to meet the cosplayer who's on the advertisement just to grab her breasts.
