Well, after my friend got me banned from The Flood (the Bungie forum). I've always been a fan of Zero Punctuation, and I had noticed the forums. I signed up but never went on until I got bored one day. Been here ever since.

I came becouse of Zero Punctuation (Bioshock Review actually), I stayed becouse of Unforgotten Realms, I created an account becouse of the community and the Weekly Issues.

So it was the videos, I guess.

Sorry for the somewhat inappropriate thread then guys. But it's cool to know about peoples' Escapist discovery. As for the videos, I do like most of them but There Will Be Brawl is my favourite. Nivag showed me them a while back and made me watch a few. They're funny It's really TWBB that brought me here but again, it's the awesome people that kept me here.

And now I love you. I'm also of the opinion that TWBB is the best non-forum feature of this site. That said, I came here originally for ZP.

I think the kindest thing that can be said about the Escapist community is that it's not populated by a host of dribbling simpletons who sound like they've been repeatedly struck by lightning. Which is quite something given the average denizen of this planet.
