But who knows, in the future i may fall for an overely attractive woman who's out of my league, but who also happens to share my interests. Would i go for her? I dunno, maybe.
i downsized the quote-pyramide a little^^

the thing quoted is exactly what i mean: you really really should! worst thing that can happen: it won't work, so what..but there is the chance of success, that's my whole point :)

you expressed yourself adequately, i ashure, i was just a little on the slow side, i apologize.

i see how not seeing each other in school each day might be helpfull, it's easy to really anoy the hell out of each other i guess^^

Nope, the chick who I like and likes me was also fancied by my friend. While our "like like" relationship wasn't going anywhere my friend's might of. He was just bouncing back from a hard break-up so when he asked if it was ok to make a move of "my chick" i did the right thing imo and said sure.

Better to have one "lonely" dude than two.

But tbh all my schools have been rather lacking in females in general let alone beautiful, idealistic girls.

There was a girl in my last year of High School who I became quite close too. I was desperately in love with her at the time and we sort of went out for a few months but when I actually tried to make it a "real" relationship it all sort of collapsed and left me seriously broken hearted for about 2 years of University.

Then I met my fiancee and things just got better for me from then on. I'm still friends with said "high school sweetheart" and her fiancee and judging by their relationship I am very, very glad I never got any deeper into that well of intimacy issues. As well I learned a lot about myself in the years since high school and what I've learned has solidified in my mind that it wouldn't have worked in the long term.

Still, she broke my heart BAD and I still get a little depressed when I think about it.

My high school girl friend and I are about to celebrate our fifth anniversary with talks about marriage after graduation from college. We are both hesitant to use the words love and soulmate, partially because we hate to have examples that go against our views of how the world actually works, and partially because we are both so introverted that we don't quite get the definition of some emotions. Its weird to say the least. But, the girl friend that I had through most of high school still likes being with me, so yes, I do have a high school sweetheart.
