It changes. Back in the day, I loved them Over Hard. As I got used to the idea that eggs can be runny and not be dangerous, I started to prefer them over easy. Sunny Side up is still just a little creepy for me, though. Of course, sometimes, I'm in the mood for scrambled, or sometimes an omelet. But most of my eggs are in sandwich form, and over easy works the best there.

Never been able to enjoy hard boiled or soft boiled eggs. Don't know why.
