Speaking as a Canadian here, I personally prefer "Zee" since it feels like a more natural way to pronounced the letter. The few times I use "Zed" is when using it as a word unto itself, usually as a name.

Zed. You know, like near-enough the rest of the entire English-speaking world, and similar to how most Indo-European languages pronounce it too (derived of course from "zeta").

To me, "zee" sounds like it was made up by someone incapable of pronouncing "zed" or "zeta" properly. Hopefully it was because they didn't have a functional tongue, and not just because they were too lazy to use it.
Language evolves. And noone says their alphabet from a to zeta. Noone says zeta. We are in the twenty first century. Latin is dead. Duh. And why bother keeping ties with the Latin pronunciation of z? All the other letters are changed. C sounds nothing like gamma, but you prob'ly pronounce it "see."

Both. When I speak English it's zee. (I live in the US.) When I speak French I pronounce it zed. I don't know why.

"Zeta" is Greek. Not Latin.

That is all.

I'm an Aussie, and I blame Sesame Street for the fact that I use 'Zee' most of the time. It just rolls of the tongue better the 'Zed'.

It is the ENGLISH language, so I say it the proper way. The correct way. It's 'zed'.

I say zed, simply because when I speak english I try to emulate some form of queen's english. It's also more comfortable because

a) It's more similar to the swedish "zäta"
b) The supposed difference between c and "zee", if it exists, is too subtle for me to register properly.

Generally 'zed', though I'll happily say 'zee' when it's an acronym (like ZP, f'rinstance) or intended to be pronounced that way, like Dragon Ball 'Zee'.
