Rarely longer than 5-10, although if I'm drinking pints as opposed to cans then I might try to pace myself a bit more.

Since most of the time I'm relaxing and conversing with friends as I drink my beer it takes me between 10-15 minutes. If I'm drinking to get drunk I avoid beer and go straight for the rum.

Usually I down my beers pretty quick if I enjoy them... the nasty ones not so much. But for the packs? I still have 10 bottles in my fridge from when I bought 2 six packs like a year ago..

You do realize that a rum and coke has about as much alcohol as a beer does, right? And this is assuming a typical American beer, which average about 5% alcohol by volume. Some of the better microbrews sit around 9%, which is much higher than a one ounce of 40% alcohol rum in a 12 ounce glass, the remainder of which is filled with a non-alcoholic cola.

Also, nice job calling beer drinkers pussies when you apparently can't handle something as delicious as whiskey and coke; I mainly drink beer, but if I want some hard liquor mixed with a soda, that's usually my first choice.
FYI no-one who drinks rum and coke and talks about it being manly drinks with those ratios. 1 part ice to 1 part coke to 1 part rum. Drink it quick enough that most of the ice isn't melted. Or if you want to order it in a bar 'double rum and coke and go easy on the coke'.

EDIT: Also, imo, people considering themselves hardcore for what they drink are hilarious. If you need your drink to make you look hard, you're a pussy. You don't seem to be this kind of person though.

EDIT 2: I also found the guy you quoted's post pretty amusingly pathetic.

Is it a pint, bottle or a can?

A pint takes about 5-10 minutes, depends on how thirsty I am of course
A bottle takes about 6 minutes, and a can takes 5. Again, depends on how thirsty I am, and if i'm binge-drinking it depends on how late it is and how much I have already been drinking

Fifteen, twenty minutes, maybe? Depends on the beer and whether I'm with someone else or just killing time in a bar.

Stouts and ales take longer, lagers are notably quicker. Temperature of the environment relative to beer, depending on type, will also have an effect.

Last time I drank a beer, it took me two hours and a lot of food because the beer was disgusting.

Then again, the last beer I drank was a Guinness.

Depends. If i'm at home watching TV/Playing games it goes pretty quick!
If I'm out relaxing in a beer garden, I actually make the most of it and it takes me a while (not too long that it does go warm and a bit weird) but I don't go glugging it down to get pissed.

If I'm in a club, I'll have one or two to start the night off them move on the spirit and shots all night!

I don't really like beer; I usually only drink whiskey or rum. If I do decide to have a beer, though, I stick with really dark beers, and it takes me a while to get through it.

Whiskey, however, I pretty much inhale.

Depends on the beer I'm drinking. If it's a cheap, quick beer then it's pretty fast--few minutes, that sucker is dry. If I'm eating, it's slow, as a drink to be sipped between bites. If it's Guinness, then I take my time and enjoy it. If I'm getting trashed at a party, pretty quick (if it's capable of being drank quite fast).
