Rarely longer than 5-10, although if I'm drinking pints as opposed to cans then I might try to pace myself a bit more.
thats one bad-ass beer and if you enjoy it at the rate your drinking it dont let anyone tell you to slow downFloggo said:I'm talking about Toohey's Extra Dry, only Australian's know about it.
FYI no-one who drinks rum and coke and talks about it being manly drinks with those ratios. 1 part ice to 1 part coke to 1 part rum. Drink it quick enough that most of the ice isn't melted. Or if you want to order it in a bar 'double rum and coke and go easy on the coke'.Floggo said:You do realize that a rum and coke has about as much alcohol as a beer does, right? And this is assuming a typical American beer, which average about 5% alcohol by volume. Some of the better microbrews sit around 9%, which is much higher than a one ounce of 40% alcohol rum in a 12 ounce glass, the remainder of which is filled with a non-alcoholic cola.
Also, nice job calling beer drinkers pussies when you apparently can't handle something as delicious as whiskey and coke; I mainly drink beer, but if I want some hard liquor mixed with a soda, that's usually my first choice.
