I already have the P90, my bro got it. I should go bust it out then. Any little things I could do? Like running for certain periods of time? Or what else do you suggest? I spend every Friday for an hour non stop martial arts, and practice what I learn throughout the week. I used to run, but haven't in a while.
On that note, can anyone give me an exercise idea that will get me working out again? I'm doing fist push ups on hard ground to toughen my knuckles up, but I need MOAR.
Also some positive reinforcement never hurts.
