Jezz8me. HOW CAN YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF CIG SMOKE? It's absolutely disgusting. It's horrible for you too. Tobacco taxes should go sky-high. If people want to poison themselves, let the state of VA profit off of their idiocy. I can't stand to even be in the same room as a smoker. Ugh. Mind you, this could come from having an extremely anti-smoking family, but I think I'd hate the smell either way. Same goes for drugs, but they're worse. Never will do either. And I mean that.
I strongly disagree. What you're saying is that just because you don't like or agree with something, that something should be banned/restricted. Open up your mind a little, jeez. People are different, it's not like they don't know that it's bad for them, they do it because they like to do it and they think it's worth it. If you spend your entire life trying to extend your life, your life sucks. The only time when I can condone ANY type of tax on cigarettes is when there is free health care and people smoking is actually costing the government.

Also, when I went to quote you I accidentally reported you. Sorry about that mods.

It is always charming to have someone announce they have never done something and then regurgitate the mass media's carefully constructed opinion on it. You will never have any fun if you always act as you're told.

I don't touch the stuff. My lungs are shitty enough as it is with asthma that I don't need to shrivel them up any more. Coughing fits in the middle of a sparring session aren't my idea of fun.

My paternal grandmother was a smoker; she died of lung cancer when I was five. That kinda squashed any inclination I may have had towards the habit.

I do think smoking kinda looks cool, but it's not worth it for all the other problems it causes, and I absolutely loathe the smell of tobacco smoke. Besides, if I tried it, I'd probably end up as an incessant chain-smoker anyways, with the way I chew through gum, candy and other miscellaneous not-physically-addictive junk food whenever I get it, and that'd just compound the health and monetary problems the addiction would cause.

Hookah.

Favorite Flavors: {Double}Apple, Lime, Mango.

Although, I hardly do it, once a month because, at least every month there is some kind of special occasion.

Don't smoke tabbacky, but occasionally marijuana. I am in no way addicted to it, and, at the rate I'm going, will probably have smoked 7-8 times by the end of this year.

For some reason, the smell of tobacco reminds me of Amsterdam, where some of my family lives. A lot of them smoke and it leads to me having very positive feelings about it.
And by 'it', I mean the smell. I would never touch the nasty things.

Probably the main reason that I won't smoke when I become old enough to legally obtain cigarettes. Though, I'll admit, to me, it looks cool... yeh, I know it ain't good for me.

And coffee, yccchh. Can't stand it. Though I'm rather fond of the smell...
Being born and brought up, and currently residing in an Indian family, you have to like coffee, or you're dead. I haven't drunk the stuff for a while (uh, I heard that caffine stunts your growth, and well, I tried out the theory). Thing is, now, if I drink coffee, I go all hyper, and can't keep still. I hafta' pace... though, this just may be a psychological reaction.

Love smoking personally, calms me down, takes the edge off. Though it could be argued that I would be less edgy if I had never started smoking in the first place, such is the virtue of 20/20 hindsight I guess. Still, it gives me something to do between loading screens.

And on the subject of chewing tobacco, don't ever eat it :/. I made the mistake of munching down on two decently sized handfuls of Winnie Red when I was pissed as a fart. Suffice it to say, it came back up as fast as it went down and the next day I could taste the tobacco itself, not the smoke, and it doesn't taste very pleasant.

People have come up to me in the smoking area and complained before. You get assholes on both sides of the fence though as my brother smokes wherever he feels like.
Next time you're at a traffic crossing, start coughing at all the drivers. :)

I don't smoke purely out of fiscal reasons, it's a damn expensive habit...

On the other hand, I'm one of the few people who seem to not mind cigars or pipes over cigarettes. The latter always smelling far too chemically than the formers.

I don't smoke, but practically every adult I know under the age of thirty in my home town does, as well as many teenagers. It's not a very nice place to live and I worked damn hard to get away from it. I guess it's just a cultural thing, because smoking is a lot less common where I live now (obviously a much better place all round in terms of standards of living!)

I've never smoked cigarettes before, and I never will. My mom, her boyfriend, my sister, and my dad's wife all smoke, and they complain about wanting to quit but not being able to all the time.

I've only smoked weed like 3 times, and the last time I had a really bad anxiety attack because of it, so I'll never touch that stuff again.

I do like the occasional cigar, usually when I'm drinking. And I think pipes are cool too, although they're kind of a pain to light and everything.
