What the hell is a "libraty"? Is that like the freedom to read books?
Depending on what side of the counter you're on, 0-100% of my games are used. I always buy new games, but they become used in about an hour.
I buy new games, since they're not very much more expensive than used games as I buy them on-line and get them delivered, and I wouldn't buy a used game (again) without being able to see the disc.
I've only bought a couple of used games before, and the quality of the discs was awful (two had microscopic cracks which grew and snapped and 1 had a ring of scratches), and I spent double the money I saved buying new versions of the games, as the shop wouldn't admit they sold me shoddy products.
They problem with used games is that you have no idea or control over how the disc was handled by the previous owner, and for me that isn't worth the cheaper price.
