Poll: How many used games do you own?

about 0.7% probably, I have maybe 4 used games.

I'll buy used 90 % of the time, The Game crazy i frequent has a great return policy and with the MVP card lower prices.If I'm hyped up for a new game though I preorder and get it the day of release .

Besides the fact that you can't exactly find many used PC games out there, I'm also not a fan of buying a game but having the developer get absolutely nothing for their efforts---I might as well pirate it. Same net effect for the developer, cheaper for me. And since I don't pirate...you see where this is going (I hope, because I lost my own train of thought there.)

Now I'm working again I'll probably be a bit more devil may care about buying new. But I have no qualms about buying pre-owned. A sod of a lot of my games are PO. I like to collect and find those hidden gems that passed me by.

Used games are better, unless the game files are saved on to the disk, but even then that lets you jump forward in the game and practice on tougher parts.

I have only two games that are second hand, only due to the fact they are bloody well near impossible to find still boxed if at all.

Okay, fine. I buy most of my games used because they're not available new and I don't want to spend the money on new. Also, used games can be returned in 7 days for a full refund.

I'm guessing about half. I skipped two generations of consoles, but got them later on and virtually all the games I have for those are used.

I'm not that trusting of pre owned games so i try and buy them new. I had a bad experience a couple of times with them. I'll only buy pre owned if i can't afford new. Of course i don't have a lot of money. I think about just under half are pre owned

i cant tell you how many times thats happen to me but like you about half are used

I don't buy many games, but 90% of the time if I buy a game, I buy it at midnight on the release date.

I NEVER buy used games, because there only like 5 bucks cheaper, and they always bug out on me.

Don't buy at gamestop

I beg to differ, at gamestop you can buy used, with a 7 day return period. You can return it if you don't like it. What's not to love?

The prices :/ Used games are not worth 40-50 Euro. Of course, you can rip them off by playing the game for a few days and then saying it was shit, getting your money back. That's cool (never tried that, I think it's embarrassing... somehow).

Just tell 'em you didn't like it, they don't say anything.
