How satisfied are you with where your current home? Please don't mention any politics because this site has an entire other board for that. I live in Colorado Springs and we are holding up pretty well in-spite of the market crash, so I like it here well enough, and having the best restaurant in the state is pretty cool. It is basically nothing but suburbs and strip malls so you can get everything you need if you have a car, but it is boring if you are my age.

My hate for it is outweighed by the positives,

Small crappy town but has my family and one of the best environments for somewhere to live

At college, the campus is very, very nice. Outside the campus, however, you are very very likely to get mugged, have your car stolen, or have something else that's bad happen to you.
At home, I live in a suburban neighborhood.
Both are alright, I suppose.

Its a love hate thing. I like the weather even though its gets rediculously hot. There are plenty of things to do as its a big city but it also has the drawbacks of a big city like crime, pollution, and corruption. I'd like to move to Holland.

Directly where i live is very nice, but the majority of the nearby towns are not very good, no growth whatsoever. The weather is ok too, doesn't get to hot or too cold. There just isn't anything going on around here. So it gets an average.

I live in a town called Harlow about 35 miles from the centre of London. Its not too bad but there is a lot of crime and the general population seem to be fresh out of an eastenders episode.
No one has respect for the area and its not safe.

BUT! It does have a lot of greenery and is between London and Cambridge.

This guy has got the right idea. Funny, it seems like the only two "I love it" votes were both people from Vancouver.

The town I live in is big enough not to be too boring and it's no isolated, but there's nothing especially good about it and most of the people who live here are boring. I don't really care much about it either way, positive or negative.

I live near Denver, CO and pretty much love the area. Although the weather can be a bit whacky at times.

A place is a place in my case.

Blacksburg, VA.

Large enough to find stuff to do on the weekend, and yet small enough to have the "small town" feel.

I like where I live I suppose. I live in a small town where everyone pretty much knows everyone. I have about 1,000 kids in my entire school and we are the largest school for quite some distance. Weather wise its ok. The only thing that I dislike is that the nearest Gamestop is about 30 minuets away.

The only thing I think my city could do with more is more metal gigs. Other than that, I love it.

Live in a tiny village 10kms from a tiny, shitty town.
I would be surprised if the population of the village is more than 100 people. 80 of these will be very, very old people. Hell, we've lived here for a good 20 years, and we're still the "weird newcomers from the big city".
The town that we're a part of, is dull and grey, and full of chavs. While you will always find chavs and the likes everywhere, my town seems to have more than your average number. Also, I think we're like, the 2nd most violent place in Denmark. Can't wait to get out of here.

I hate it. I know the grass is always greener and all that but god damn. This place has less positives going for it than STDs (see what I did there)
