I couldn't download games of the store, I could not play Uncharted 2 online, and my parents had to cancel the credit card that was attached to the account. And... that was about it. Nothing much more.

Hardly at all, apart from wanting to see if there's more weird stuff on the Japanese PSN for me to download. But that's hardly a great loss.

You're missing I haven't played multiplayer for weeks AND I had to get a new VISA card. The VISA card people on the phone were saying how they had been working overtime just to process new card requests. I'm guessing VISA is a tad pissed off.

It's been a minor annoyance. Nothing more, nothing less. I'll be glad when they fix it but I don't care enough for them to skimp on the security updates to get it online faster.

Let's see:
I wanted to try out Fallout: New Vegas, but with out the patch it is too buggy and broken to play.

I can't watch Netflix on my big TV.

No purchasing of downloadable games (I average one every other month or so).

I can't even download any expansions on any of my older games.

and I had to chop up a credit card.

These are all minor inconvenience but put to together I annoyed with the PS3 outage occuring and being this long.

Quite beneficial, actually; I've been able to revise more for my up-and-coming exams with one less distraction.

Nothing much has happened to me since I usually don't play online anyway but if I was in that online FPS grove than I'd be pretty mad about now but I am not in the grove so no rioting for me. Also I used a fake name and my old address when I signed up for PSN and I only use pre-paid cards so my information is safe.

Zero.

PS3's best games are all single-player anyway, so the down time hasn't affected me at all. Didn't have a credit card attached to the account either, so yeah. Zero.

I guess the most annoying thing is that I rented Mod Nation Racers without trying any of the user made tracks. Besides that, the last multiplayer heavy game I got into was Blops and I haven't played that in weeks.

I already work under the assumption that anything I connect to (and even put my CC into) has or eventually will be hacked into so I have credit monitoring and I use the same low limit card on everything.

Really all this incident has done is reinforce how poorly sony supports the ps3.
It was already obvious that they weren't on top of things but I didn't realize it was this bad.
