I've never bought DLC, so I'll have to vote 'yes'.
Me too. $0.00, and worth every penny.

DLC is rarely ever worth it imo. The free DLC in Dragon Age I got was of lower quality than the rest of the game, and proportionally would have cost more per play-time. I'd consider the Shale subquest worth perhaps $2 or $3, definitely not $15. I was not very excited about that. Another snarky "I hate humans" character? I already had Morrigan and Sten; I was full up in that department.

DLC just comes across like a slap in the face to me. It's like "oooh look what you don't have!" when I'm like "I just BOUGHT this game at full-price and you purposely left out features to get me to pay more? That's just obnoxious."

Lost count. A lot I'm sure, but I'm not some "DLC IS EVIL" drone. If I like it, I'll buy it.

I've spent at least $150 on Rockband DLC alone, plus stuff for Halo, AC, Borderlands, Guitar hero, Left 4 Dead, GTA IV, etc.

I live a sad life.

I've only ever bought on the Virtual Console, except for Monkey Island 1 : Special Edition, so probably about 30, 40 Euro?

Assassins Creed 2 - £7
Fallout 3 - £7.99
FFVII from PSN - £7

Oh, and about £1,000 worth of addon aircraft and scenery from my days as a flight sim geek. And you though WoW players needed help......

This is the reason why I don't EVER buy DLC, I'll occaisionally buy the GOTYE editions, but to me most DLC seems like a half arsed mod made by the original company rather than some random dude playing around with the level editor. I remember the days when they were called expansion packs, they seemed to be worth the money in those days.
Like the Diablo 2 expansion?
Yep, bought it with Diablo 2, there was a special offer.
Sounds about right. That, in my opinion, is the perfect example of 'good' additional content. It is designed to supplement the original content seamlessly. No hidden fees, no activations, and no limitations.

Not much. Actually, none since I got all of my DLC when I bought my games. Assassin's Creed 2, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, etc.

Hmmmmm, Point Lookout, Broken Steel, The Pitt and Op. Anch. for Fallout3. They were worth it, although the Pitt and Op. Anch. were just ok. That cost me bout 50 Euro.

For Empire:Total War, Special Forces DLC, Elite Units of the West DLC, Elite Units of USA DLC, Elite Units of the East DLC. Very cheap and good, IMO. Only cost 14 Euro.
The Pitt and Op. Anch. were worth it for the Infiltrator and the Chinese Stealth Armor, respectively. Only gear my character needs, really.

I'd say I've probably spent maybe $20 total on DLC; I pick it up either in packages on sale days/weekends or, in the case of Fallout 3, I knew damn well there'd be a GotY edition so I just waited Bethesda out on that one and picked it up late last year.

the DLC I've bought with a sign to show weather I liked it or not:

Final Fantasy VIII +
Peggle: -
Fallout 3: Broken Steel: +
Fallout 3: The Pitt: +
Dragon Age: Origin: ...uh...the fort thing...: -
Halo 3: Legendary Map Pack: +
Halo 3: post-legendary map pack whose name I don't remember: -
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed: character skins: -

...

I know I got more but I can't even remember ... so I guess I misvoted o.o! Most of what I bought was pretty shitty ... I should really stop with the micro-transactions

I haven't spend anythign on DLC for a console ever.
I've gotten expansion packs for my PC games, and they were worth it.

I did get the COD4 map pack, but i didn't pay for it, i used the biug where i log onto a friends accoutn form my PS3, and he has the map pack, then i start DL'ing it (which is free cause he already paid for it) and while it's downloading i switched to my account.
I did the same with tekken 5.

As far as i know, this doesn't work anymore though, but i can still play tekken 5 and the map pack maps for COD4.

Yeah the Stealth Armor is good. I use a weapon mod though, so I had no intrest in the Infiltrator.

I've spent... 840 SEK on DLC. Yes, it was worth it. Especially Mortal Kombat II.
