Poll: How often do you actually run into online annoying people?

On games that are violent and multiplayer (Gears 2, Halo 3, Black Ops, etc) you get the hard-ass gangsta kids you hear about all the time. I hear them a lot (every other time I play) but it doesn't annoy me since I can mute them or go into a chat-party with friends.Korten12 said:
Not many, to be honest. It depends what you mean by annoying. People shouting down the mic, raely. But people being noobs and general pricks, occasionaly.
I play or used to play halo 3/reach, BFBC 2, COD 4, AC brotherhood on XBL and it's only once a month or less when i come across a douchbag, who usually shuts up pretty quickly, or very high pitched child who won't stop talking/singing. Very few people use mics i've found as well.
More often than I run into nice folks, which is one of the reasons I've lost all interest in competitive open multiplayer.

There are some annoying people on there. And I'm not even talking about the griefers (chopper spamers & those guys who don't take the objective because they outmatch everyone and want to up their k/d ratio). I'm talking about the morons who fee like they need to serenade us with some horrible song or another. It's never a good song.

IIRC, back when I was playing HL2 MP mods like PVKII, the community was phenomenal.
But how about, say, Reach? I've played several games where every single person on my team was screaming racist vulgarity into their mics the entire time, though fortunately this is primarily a problem with parties of jerks lumping together; usually it's faaaaaaaar better).

Recently, I've been running into the average French person making fart noises then continuing to speak French.
I do know a bit French, so I know making a fart sound with your tongue is not a French word.
When it comes to little kids, I rarely encounter them, and when I do, they're usually British.
Still, I've met grown up Brits in Blops that were fucking awesome n__n
