Well, if you mean intellectually (as in wisdom and rationality) then I'm considerably above average. But that's not what I think you mean, so I put only slightly above average. Since I'm certainly not the best at math..at all.

Average. There are some subjects in school that I just didn't get, like accounting and science. On the other hand, I have an above average vocabulary. However, I was a bit confused when someone (a college student) referred to "apathetic" as a big word when I used it in a social situation.
I know next to nothing about what's going on in the world around me. I may know vaguely about things like the Olympic marathon runner whose medal the judges wanted to take away because she has testicles, or the infamous balloon boy, but I haven't a clue about anything else that's going on in, say, pretty much anywhere outside North America.

According to my high school grades, I was above average.
Based on the amount of time I spend thinking about the world around me and not just my tiny little place in society compared to others my age around me, I'm above average that way too.
(Seriously, I quote my friend from grade 10... This has always made me facepalm.)
Her: "Why don't they tell us about spirit days? I didn't know there was a spirit day today." [quick note: spirit days are days where we dress up according to a theme. Pretty sweet cause almost everyone takes part.]
Me: "There's a sign in front of where we sit at lunch every day. It's been there for two weeks."
Her: "But I don't read signs."
Honestly, if you don't bother to read the stuff to find out what's going on around you, you can't complain.
Those are all proof, in my opinion, why I am above the average intelligence of the people my age. Not even meaning to be all egotistic, but really? Complaining about not being told, when really it was you not bothering to read? Really?

Quite a bit depending on which group of "average" people. It can be from a nice amount to freaking genius when compared.
I love how full of ourselves people are here (myself included). Granted, given the current state of the world, I wouldn't be surprised if it were true. 
Compared to the people in my school im Albert Einstine, im one of the few to rank above avarage on my grade on everything except one class (LA since im a right minded person (literaly)).
Compared to the world I'd however consider myself a bit above avarage.

I'm not walking around claiming I'm a genius, but I am smart. So average, I guess.
Sorry to sound "egotistic", but I know I'm smarter than everyone in my English class. I'm the only one there who actually wants to learn. The other fuckbends just sit there and gibber on the entire class and then are actually shocked when they don't get what's going on and fail the class. Ha-freakin'-ha.

I'm practically considered a genius by a lot of my peers and teachers, so I'd say I'm pretty smart.
