Poll: How would you deal with the PSN Hackers?

Walking into a room 232,, you see a man with a bag over his head. Blood is trickling down his skin. The Sony Thugs tell me this was the lead hacker, they tell me the other hackers were "Disposed of".
They show me to the table, a vast variety of the tools of their trade appear on the table, knives, bludgeons, guns etc.
Then the thugs leave the room.
You now must decide the fate of the lead PSN Hacker.

I would say it depends why they did it. If it's for personal profit I wouldn't be happy. If it was for a reason similar to the anonymous attacks on amazon I might be a bit more understanding.

I would require them to work for me. Menial labor type work. With no access to technology of any kind that could transmit data. At least until they paid off the damages they had caused. And if it really was just one hacker as opposed to a group, that could take him/her a very long time to pay back in full.

Torture? Execution? Really? I'm pissed at them, but not that pissed. I want those bastards to be caught and to rot in jail for as long as the law will allow. Hopefully, the courts will be able to do something fun like charge them with 77 million counts of whatever it is they would be charged with instead of just 1 count of "hacking" (again, I don't really know what the crimes would be officially called here) so that they can be sentenced to more years than they could ever serve. You know, like when some really sick serial killer gets caught and is sentenced to 5 life sentences.
