Poll: How would you deal with the PSN Hackers?

They should get a legally reasonable sentence, I don't know that I would say according to America's legal system because our legal system is all sorts of fucked up, to the point I will never trust it but still they need to serve some kind of sentence for certain.

Torture would be stupidly heavy handed and unconstitutional.

I didn't vote in your poll because all of these options are not good enough for me, 100 years is too much in my eyes and I don't think the person/ people should be tortured for this, not a single person has been suicide bombed, hurt, or injured...were talking about a fucking video game network here, use your damn common sense. Jail time, nothing more.

Nothing they did warrants death. Imprisonment, sure. The biggest problem I see here is Sony's failure to properly store and protect their clients' information. Does that mean the crackers shouldn't be held accountable? Absolutely not, but this poll definitely favours vengeance over justice.

Jail is most likely what will happen though if I had my way and if everyone turned a blind eye to what I did then I would do what I've always wanted to do.

Well i would lock him up, and feed him prospects of being in the prison for ever, after a few months, set him free, no words, no rebuttels, nothing, it will haunt him forever.
