I look at their work. If peoples reactions are sufficiently humorously pissed off or the source troll material is funny I'll either encourage or subtly feed it.

If you're talking about your standard forum troll that just posts the N word and links to efukd repeatedly I'll report and move on.

I would loooooove to see more troll threads be locked without a single post by the community at large. It would do my heart so much good to see that.
