Okay, today I was watching the History Channel. The show started talking about aliens, so I kept it on. Some guy came up and said: "I was raised a devout Christian," He said. I couldn't see how that matters, but then he continued: "and in school I had to translate scripture from Hebrew to Latin to German. One of the scriptures I copied was god telling Moses to build a gate so He could come down and talk to the Israelites without them being damaged by his divinity. This got me thinking, did god come down from the sky, not a god, but an extraterrestrial?" The show continued to talk about how the Nazca shapes in the sand were made to be seen by flying things, UFOs and such, and how ancient Indians (India Indians, I mean.) had epics about flying ships and such. Also, cave paintings and sculptures showed aliens in weird head gear that appeared to be an astronaut's. It talked about how the pyramids were impossible to build without the alien's help, how the Olmec pyramid of the sun and pyramids surrounding it is a model of the solar system, how a group of buildings somewhere in Mexico looked not only like the pleidies, (spelling?) but like a recently discovered rock thing. He said Enoch, a prophet from the old testament, was taken to heaven, or rather a UFO, and taught by angels, or rather aliens. So what do you think, does this idea hold any merit? I didn't think so at all. I found tons of flaws with their arguments, and the German's followers, his name was Erich Von Da-something-German, seemed like cultists, insane and believing whole heartedly that they were correct.
