Become friends, and if you like her personality, then, after a while, tell her you like her. If she doesn't like you back, well you'll always have us fellow Escapists

This is the part in your life where you will grow a real pair and do something of actual difficulty. You must leave your childhood balls behind you and develop massive cajones for the sake of just asking the girl (although you should actually talk to her first).
I don't mean to sound rude but really there shouldn't be any debate about it. if you like her than you NEED to go talk to her even for your own closer. Really what's the worst that could happen? if you go and talk to her and she rejects you or is rude to you it'll hurt for a bit but you'll learn and grow.
besides she could have a thing for you as well, if you don't go talk to her you'll never know and chances are you'll regret it for quite a while (at least until a new girl comes along, they always do).

just go out there and have confidence in yourself, breaking out of your comfort zone might not be easy but it's something we all have to do at one point in our lives. If it doesn't work out take a little bit to sulk but move on (the best advice I could give someone who is just starting out dating: MOVE ON if you get rejected!) why would you want to be with someone who isn't interested in you anyway?

While she's sedated you can take advantage of the situation and also change a few physical traits (breasts size etc.).
Now, before you go off celebrating, you should make sure to test her for any malfunctions after the operation. Show her pictures of her old friends and family members, see her reactions to them, observe her reactions towards pictures with you. At this stage, it is rather dangerous to directly expose yourself to her, since the drugs might create a mutation inside of her which gives her super powers and, possibly, her memory back. Test out her new skills first. After all, you can't buy a car without giving it a test drive.
If all steps are properly followed, you should have your girl in about three weeks, including tests.
