Poll: If the Force was real would people be on the Light or Dark side.

So My friends and I got into a discussion that if the force was real that most of the people in the world would be more likely to embrace the dark side than the light side. I said this due to the fact that people are self-centered and egomanciacle as well as emotional. So this in My eyes mean that more people would be Siths opposed to Jedi. My friend disagreed and said that more people would be neutral or light side because there are not that many truly evil people. I would like to know what you here at the escapist think.

I myself would want to be with the light side. Though it would be difficult because I believe that every person on earth has the ability to be extremely good or extremely evil.

I've never understood the appeal of being evil. I mean sure, sometimes I can be mean and I have my flaws, but I'm certainly not malicious or malevolent. I might sin but not intentionally. It just seems stupid buying yourself a ticket to Hell and gaining nothing but remorse, shame and guilt from the journey.

I would go light i would prefer to support and help others using the force. also i could confused those dark side people bu doing a never ending force push and force pull combo. But chances are i would be a light based force user helping to dark side force users just to be a dick.

I'm pretty sure I would be light side, because...well, I've played KOTOR 1 and 2 and Mass Effect, and I couldn't even bring myself to be that much of a dick to fictional characters.

Also, ditto to whoever said the blue lightsabers look cooler.
