It'd be Pox. Because it's a disease that must be stopped. It'd cost $800 and would instantly turn its players into 8 year olds the mic-spam obscenities as soon as they turn on their game system, which is all online multiplay only.

Also, it'd be really easy to hack into, and everyone would automatically lose their credit info which they were required to give to pay for the online multiplay, which is $30 a month.

The name wasn't too important to me, but really the fusion of the best bits of both systems,
(excluding the wii's ability to make most gamers piss themselves laughing, everyone does say that a sense of humour is important)

From the Xbox i'd like the ability to play my own music on all games, not just certain games, and maybe the menu system.
From the PS3 I'd take the blue-ray, steam integration & the fact you only need 1 disc, and that it's practically a pc.
