The ability to control (freeze, speed up, reverse) time. Instant win with so many uses. You cannot counter that.

You've got to think of the implications of that though. If you hit anything at any speed in your perspective in frozen time, you just hit it infinitely quickly and, therefore, with infinite force. This would cause a chain reaction which would destroy... well, probably everything. Certainly the entire world. It might be contained by the vacuum of space.
