Simply taking over the world and "fixing" it is would never work. You'd probably wind up pissing too many people off that way. Me? I'd take over the world and work toward bettering it as a whole.

I couldn't simply end war, but with my new world order I could prevent them.
World hunger wouldn't just go away. It'd take time and effort, but improving poorer parts of the world would be priority.
I'd tighten policing and increase punishment for crime. None can be tolerated.

i've had long discussions about this with my friends, and i have compiled a list:
1.)create work camps
2.) find everyone with I.Q. below 90
3.) put em in the camps and the ones we break in we take out to do domestic work
4.) impose a socialist society
5.) destroy all fire arms and bombs and what have you
6.) direct military funding to medicine, science, and the arts.
7.) have compulsive breeding programs to make a race of super smart humans
8.) impose strict laws against prejudice against homosexuals, and race.

and i know you think im crazy but i really hate stupid people and i know this would never work, up to number 3, because if everyone in the camp is stupid i doubt i would have an uprising, because they won't be able to organize one.
