Impossible. Not only do I live in a far away country nobody knows of, how will I even recognize him?

Big hug, and then talk about stuff. I would love to meet some escapists in real life.

I don't think I can spot a random escapist person on the street unless they have a shirt, sign, or logo floating above their head.

I'd say "Hello" and just be friendly and everything.
Given I'm a new user to this forum, so I don't really know anyone or know my place in anything, but I've been to other forums where I've met great friends, over the internet and in real life, so I suppose it's not that different.

I didn't have a dream about you last night.
That's so weird.

I probably wouldn't talk to any of you in real life, unless it was at a convention. It'd just be too awkward. Unless I'd talked to you a fair amount on PM or something. At least that way I know we have common interests.

Actually, I know at least one Escapist who lives in my city. But I doubt I've ever met him. It's a big town. Be cool if I had, though.
You would talk to me!
Youuuuu would...
Or else.

And finally, my envisioning of an Escapist gathering:

Say Hello, as long as were both sure each other was an escapist. Maybe start a conversation, see what happens really.

Well that's my plan for Escapism UK (This Saturday!)

"I would say hello and talk to that member with courage" pretty much sums it up. Any one 21+ in Portland, Oregon want to go get a beer? I am buying! Let's hit the Horse Brass!

Two other people. Two. Surprising.

But no, I'm a year under age.

I already have. But I knew him before he started posting here. And he doesn't post that much anymore.

Too bad, because I was not joking.

well i don't know it would be very uncomfortable for the guys at the escapist to say hello and talk to them I mean if you had fans it would be ok but say some stranger goes up and talks to you like he's known you for years.

I've met Internet people before, even from other countries.

It's really no different to meeting anyone else, if I get on with them I'll talk to them. Though most of the people on the Escapist forums appear to be younger than myself, thus, I probably wouldn't get on with them, with their crazy hair and angsty teenage style.

Well I only know one person from here so should I bump into that person I would say hi and chat if they got time.

I don't know anyone else here though so I wouldn't recognise them and would probably not care.
