Steam Sales. I have at least three or four impulse-bought games from last year's Christmas sale. None for July, though because I have no money.

yeah, I tend to do it with cheap games or steam sales, last impulse buy I made was dynasty warriors 6, its alot of fun

STEAM SALES!!! dear God the steam sales.... so much money spent on stuff I've never heard of..

Yes, I've inpulse bought some things if their cheap, but when it gets into the more expensive category I read review after review after review about it.

OT: I impulse buy things all the time. I was window shopping with friends and went to this "Hippie" store in the mall. I bought a really pretty bag, but for a whopping 25 buckaroos. It was flat-out gorgeous though.

I'm a sucker for impulse buying on things like Steam. I see a game that looks slightly interesting or fun, and it's only like $2 and one button press from buying!

I end up with 20 mediocre $2 games that I'll never end up playing.

Just got Deathspank for PSN and it is hilarious. Great impulse buy. Same goes with PSplus (I like it, and I refuse to respond to any hate about it that is not backed by a good argument), never would have got WipeOut, and I've already sunk 25+ hours into fieldrunners. I like my tower defense.
Usually, I get awesome stuff. Except for PowerDrome...but S.L.A.I balanced that out with huge mounds of epic awesome!
I usually plan my BIG game purchases (stuff like inFamous or Starcraft II(just listed these games that got hype off of my head, don't blame me if I seem biased or something)) ahead of time, but smaller titles find their way into my shopping cart (digitally or real). They must have legs or something...

I bought Gravity Crash, turned out I hated the gameplay. This is why you should I always play demos, that is $10 I will never get back.

I saw a 24 pack of Playdoh for 8 dollars. I had to have it, I tell you! Had to!
I can't really think of anything else.. oh wait. I bought a pirate hat too. But those are fucking awesome, so I don't regret it that much.

Usually if something is cheap and it looks that I might remotely enjoy it, I'll buy it.
