Loved FF 10, nice and linear.Onyx Oblivion said:First, it's a racing game. What the fuck are they working so hard on at this point exactly?Brotherofwill said:What makes you think it'll be so disappointing? Hasn't FF 13 been the dissapointing one so far?Onyx Oblivion said:Hate to dash people's hopes...but Gran Turismo 5 is going to be a HUGE disappointment. I'm talking "Too Human" level of disappointment.
The hype is too huge, and the development too slow.
Of those...God of War 3.
I'd say FF13, but JRPG hating is cool now, so low scores will drag down the average.
Forza Motorsport has had TWO excellent, full fledged games during the development cycle of this one game.
As for FF13: Not to me, no. It's going to be much more linear, which cuts down on THE WORST PART OF JRPGS. NPCs in towns in JPRGs suuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
So it'll be dissapointing because they took long to make it? I'm not quite following you here. I'd prefer if they get it perfect instead of rushing it out, maybe I'll pick up a racing game again since a long time. Forza and GT just don't compare, no offense.

Actually, they kinda do. Forza hasn't gotten below a 90. And Gran Turismo has a bunch of titles resting in the low-mid 90s.
