I think the OP is not a matter of homosexuality but aesthetics. We like good looking people more than the ugly ones. Thats just it.

of course i am not saying that i only like model like superhumans, it was refering to the porn example. But its also true when it comes to the bad-ass videogame protagonist. They are either comical funny or well shaped and most would take the goodlooking ones before a fugly as hell char.

Alright, before the trolls and flamers tear this down let me make my point.
I'm not saying everyone is homesexual to the point of homosexual intercourse or making jokes/acting in that manner.
The point I'm making is that (almost) everyone is at least slightly SLIGHTLY homosexual.

I replied to a post with this quote and decided to make my own thread based on it.
Ron White: "It's not whether or not you are gay, it's about how gay you are."
Personally, I believe this to be true, because I had a very similar argument to the one he portrays in his comedy act.

My friend is very homophobic. He doesn't like homosexuality, and will freak at any jokes and has been known to yell at homosexuals, telling them to "Straighten Up".

Here's how the with him discussion went down:
He was freaking at me because I told him that I was totally fine with Homosexual Marriage, because I have a number of friends that are homosexual, two of which are engaged.
He says that he'll never support gays.
I say "Dude, we're all a little gay."
He replies "F*** you man. Don't even start that s*** with me."
"You know what, I'll prove it right here."
"Go ahead. Thrill me F*****."
"Do you watch porn?"
"Yeah I watch porn, you know that!"
"Alright. Do you only watch videos with girl on girl going on?"
"Hell no! I watch guys ramming their chicks more than anything!"
"Do you like it when the guy has a tiny, half-flaccid unit?"
"F*** no! Dude's gotta be pounding her with a big rock-solid sha..."
He looks at me with wide eyes, glares, and storms off.

Needless to say, I'm no longer on friendly terms with this guy.

So... Here goes nothing...

What are your thoughts?

***EDIT*** Yes, I know how much it sounds like Ron White, because I was basically quoting him to prove my point to this guy.

***EDIT #2*** Here's the video I drew my argument from. Thanks to the guys that either posted it or said it should be posted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mY711HJK7pg

***EDIT #3*** I PROMISE that this is the last edit. I wanna know if there have been situations like this that did not involve the use of pornography as an argument. Also, is it possible for bi-sexuality to lean more towards homo-or-heterosexuality?

I'm glad this is a post that isn't turning into a shouting match. Good opinions do far. =D

You cannot be a little homosexual.

That's like asking if you're a little necrophiliac.
I laughed out loud at the two first posts. At work. Thanks for that.

OT: Its not gay to look at dicks going into vaginas, but it is gay to look at dicks going into manholes.

Imo.

Also. Sexuality is REALLY a difficult and strange thing, and I wouldnt be very surprised if everyone actually was a little bit gay.

Thirdly(?) I was this |-| close to start singing "I'M A LITTLE BIT COUNTRYYYYYY"

Everyone is a little gay.

But this has less to do with actual sexual feelings and more with the comfort of being with someone of your own gender.

In your example, the man watching is using the man 'ramming' as their surrogate self. You don't want to be having sex with an ugly body or with a tiny flaccid penis.

It's fantasy, you want to be as hot as you want.

Homosexuality doesn't come in doses; you are or you're not.

All children go through a phase of "sexual uncertainty" so yeah... If you're extremely homophobic some of those uncertainties may just still be around.

According to Freud yes we are, "sexual deviancy" is dependant on our early life, as well as your interaction with our parents (esspecially mothers).

Personaly I don't believe that, being a you can't be partialy homosexual, neither do most leading psychologists anymore (but thats a completely different topic).

Homosexuality is to be "sexually attracted" (key words there) to the same sex. It's kind of a meat and bone definition right there. It's like saying can you be a little bit male/female (once again I know this spawns completely new topics).

However saying that attraction is an abtract term with no sense evidence of it in the word (basicly you can't touch, taste, smellit , etc). Which means it's down to the individual to truly define it.

I think that will do for now :p

I actually generally don't watch porn with guys in it but don't mind the girl on girl.

Any display of or allusion manliness or a guy having pleasure completely turns me off.

Ironically I like traps so my argument for me not being even a little bit gay kinda hits a cliff there.

I'm fully homosexual so I have to look at this from the opposite perspective and I can say that I am not in the slightest heterosexual; women just do not interest me in a sexual sense. I'm a 6 on the Kinsey scale and because I know that of myself I truly believe there are entirely heterosexual people in the world to, or 0 on the Kinsey scale.

I'm not homophobic, but I'm also very not gay.

Its not because I am macho or anything, its just that the male anatomy grosses me out :p
Yeah... Even my own...

I'm gonna say no, based on me, when I watch porn, it's always lesbian porn, I don't like the male body at all, and can't imagine being with a guy... ever.

You cannot be a "little homosexual" it's just that today everyone is so sensitive and confused about the topic that like 90% of teenagers are constantly asking themselves if they're gay or not. It's stupid, here's the bottom line: 1.) Want to F*** a guy HOMOSEXUAL 2.) Want to F*** a girl, HETEROSEXUAL

It's that simple, when people start analyzing it too much they just confuse themselves about their own sexual orientation. If you're gay that's fine, if you're straight that's fine, but stop thinking so much about it, it's very simple.

And you're not bisexual, so don't bother bringing that up.

Theres different degree's of homosexuality... not all homosexuals are deeply sexual and in your face about it, some just don't like girls. People are sometimes called camp because of their exstatic behavoir, that doesn't make them gay (Gay is an English word simply meaning happy btw). So I think that most people are homosexual... not THE homosexual that all straight people almost throw up about hearing, but the homosexual who just doesn't like girls and prefers men, it doesn't mean they do anything together, it just means they prefer their own sex. I'm not a homosexual, but I don't think it's particularly good that the word 'gay' or 'homo' has beared a stigma, what's wrong with people who prefer their own sex? People that say it's not natural can go f**k themselves, it's perfectly natural, it's just against most peoples society. Cities are un-natural, toasters are un-natural, heck, most things man-made are un-natural, they didn't occur by nature therefor aren't natural. Homosexuals however are often found to have a mental deficcientcy that causes them to prefer men over women from their developing state in the womb, so therefor it is completely natural, because it occured naturally, if people had been implanted with a James Bond style chip that made them become attracted to men then it wouldn't be natural. Do you see what I'm saying?

Also, nobody can truely say they are straight untill they have had sex. Straight isn't the default, technically everyone is bi-curious untill they have had sex and made a decision about their SEXuality. If you go ahead and have sex with both, then your just a normal Bi-sexual.

Your anecdote doesn't quite hold up on its own, but I definitely agree with your point, insofar that most normal people are able to appreciate both the male and female forms.
Appreciate does not mean sexual attraction. I can appreciate a sunset, it doesn't mean I want to go fuck it.

Homosexuality is about sexual attraction. I know I am not attracted to guys. Plain and simple.
